Forever long I had been in the Shadows, Wanting, yearning just to break free. I never did expect it,

I stepped right out of the shadows, Dancing in the light. For then I knew no pain or fear, No darkness and no night.
But light doesn’t always last forever, Once fate decides to turn. For when you step out of shadows, The sun begins to burn.
And then the glowing fire, It breaks away your heart. And even with the strongest love, It always makes you part.
